Log - Tues., 8/3/10

Evening Workout:

running

sprint work
 - ~ 5x50 yard at 60% (warm-up)
 - ~ 10 "flying 40" yards at 80-90%

Comments:

I really want to start doing some sprint work, but was leery after pulling a hamstring last time.  So, I took it quite easy and just eased into it.  No problems.
