weights

power clean, 135 - 3x3
deadlift, 5/3/1
 - 285x3
 - 325x3 (pr without straps, I believe, and easy)
 - 365x7 (450)
front squat, 105 - 3x8

Comments:

This was abbreviated as it was a late evening workout.
